These days, it’s safe to say all of us, with no exception, live difficult moments. Covid-19’s pandemic affects the most diverse sides of each one’s life. Most people find it hard to be optimistic. But, to get over this particularly complicated phase, it’s important to think of reasons why one should feel grateful about. And, here at Balanças Marques, we have so much to thank for – specially to our employees.
In times that demand social distancing, we have been taking all the possible measures to go by the rules and assure everyone’s health. However, between the factory, the offices and the homes of many of our people, our work kept the same quality of ever.

The physical distance of the last few weeks is not enough to keep apart a team like our own. Because, more than a company, we are a family, over these last days, everyone has stick together. All our employees have been working so that, together, we can overcome this moment in the best possible way.
- For being a part of this, at home or any other place
Throughout all this time, our employees have been getting up in the morning to be part of this, ready to face each challenge and each obstacle, whether on their own homes or at our headquarters. Because, in spite of everything, we can’t – nor do we want to – stop, we have online courses happening, content being sharing and products and projects getting developed by the whole team.

That we count on the best employees in the world we already knew. But we never say it enough. Because, on these difficult times, each one proves us that over and over again, adapting to new circumstances, but keeping the hard work, as always – certain that, eventually, everything will turn out ok.
