BALANÇAS MARQUES: A TIME TRAVEL SINCE 1967 TO THE FUTURE

Wow, we are in 2020! A year that definitely sounds very futuristic. Well, at least it does to all those who were born before the years 2000 – as is, actually, the case of Balanças Marques and almost every one of its employees. It’s true there aren’t flying cars going around like we dreamed about or even roads right next to the stars, but, since the last century until today, a lot of unthinkable things did happen.

When our company opened its doors for the first time, in the late 1960’s, there wasn’t a single person alive that would imagine what was about to come business wise and how scales would evolve technologically. In 50 years, we went from weighing equipment manufacturers in a workshop to mass developers/producers of digital scales and other articles that go far, far beyond weight.
