Cosmopolitan and versatile, Balanças Marques’ products leave every day for all kinds of locations to do the role they were developed to perform – weighing a new world. Ready to carry out their weighing tasks in every place, our scales and weighbridges travel to various countries and locations.
Join them on a trip to some of those destinations!
• Portugal
Our itinerary through Balanças Marques’ solutions workplaces could only begin in their country of origin. Developed in Portugal, our scales and weighbridges can be found in all the national territory.
BM3 suspension scales, for example, are today in locations from North to South, working on the supermarket chain Lidl. This model of commercial scales is a permanente and essential piece to the functioning of the codfish sector, where it does the weighing and the labelling of products.
• Spain
From Portugal, we go to another one of Balanças Marques’ main destinations: Spain. The country of “nuestros hermanos” welcomes all the kind of weighing equipment we develop, from commercial scales to truck scales.
In Ondarroa fishing port, in Basque Country, for example, they count on several BM1000 AC indicators and several M Model platforms that were specially adapted to their needs. There our equipment presents specific dimensions and galvanized finishing to face the heavy challenges of a fishing port.
• Germany
Leaving Spain, we take you to another European destination, to a market where Balanças Marques recently entered. In Germany, you can find some of our commercial scale, but mainly our industrial equipment.
With a project made from scratch and totally customized, our container weighing platform is also in the German country. Presenting special dimensions and funcionalities, it’s a weighbridge designed for this location, with the purpose of weighing waste in containers and respond with precision to the customers’ needs.
• Chile
And, to end the first part of this big trip with Balanças Marques’ products, we are going to another continent – to South America. There Chile is one of the countries where you can find our scales.
Our BM5 ARM, for example, are all over the country, with special software features to work as self-service scales on the supermarket chains Tottus and Cencosud. On a renovation of their respective spaces, both brands wanted to invest in this kind of service and choose our BM5 ARM scales for the weighing.
After travelling around four countries and visit several of our commercial and industrial scales’ models, it’s time to rest and await for the next itinerary around the world.
